429whp stock turbo E85

Well could not be happer with the car.

So last week we did a 10.5 hot side and ebay O2 housing. (Crappy Ebay one which took about 5k worth of shop tools to make right for my car) So buy the good one like Al says.

Here is my thread on the 401whp with the stock O2 and 9.8 hot side.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...light=E85+dyno

So cars mods list to date.

Quick list of mods.
-'04 SSL EVO IIIV Stock trubo
-HKS 272's
-ETS IC and piping with ETS intake pipe
-FIC 850s's
-Forge BOV
-10.5 Hot side
-Ebay O2 (needed tig welder, grinder and resurface to make right)
-255hp
-Cust cold air intake with airmeter in fender.
-E85 fuel
-spike 28psi hold 24psi to redline.
-Flash tuning done buy me.
-FP upgraded WG actuater (did no know my car had this mod last time was there when I bought it)
Mods since last dyno
-Cold air intake which let my hold 2psi more to redline
-10.5 hot side
-O2 housing
-ARP rod bolts
-BS remove
-stock head bolts

I have found if I start my pull to low on the dyno it likes to pick up knock so that is why I started my pulls at about 3500rpm. On my last pull starting my pull at about 3600rpm got me a bit better boost spike which is why the TQ was a bit higher.

28psi spike holding 24psi out the top.

Specal Thanks to.

Torque Freaks for a good deal on Dyno time

Also my AFRS on the AEM wb are high 11s going to low 11s out the top. The dyno WB is a bit leaner.

Great numbers! I'd make sure since you had the knock issue on the dyno not to forget about that when your out on the road. Can't you just tune the knock out so you don't have to worry about it down low?

Well the dyno is over 4k worth of roller weight so the knock is never there on the street. Also the knock is not allways there on the dyno. I can be at 3-4deg and get 10cts or at -4deg and get 10cts like its PK knock. Last time I was on the dyno I spent time trying to get ride of it but just just lost TQ and never got rid of it. My car has no BS shafts so that could be a reson why it pickes it up easyer.

Well if you are ripping on it alot you can burn up a tank in a 100mi. On my car I turned off the O2 and heve set the cruse at about 16.0 AFR and got 23mpg on the hwy with some ripping on it.

With the right tuner and avg driving I bet you could ave 20mpg.
