That sucks... I hope that works out for you... they can't sue you directly.. your insurance company at the time will defend you.. they are required by law to do so because they will have to pay unless it goes above your limits. Keep me posted!

lucky for me, my parents can pay...i shouldve never got another one...becus of the damage done to it now...maybe my boss will give me his viper as a bday gift..lol

Looks like rain/snow showers forecasted for Sunday. Sure you guys wanted to go on this drive? I know the Evos/Subbies/DSM GSXs with proper tires won't have a problem though.
