Dyno Day @ HPF

I know that it has been asked by some on here, and I was wondering the same thing; will there be dyno time still available at Horsepower Freaks since they bought out Torquefreaks' space.

The answer at this time is no; mainly because they are really tied up with making a turbo kit for the BMW 3 series. However, they would like a feeler put together in any tuner community with people who would be interested sometime this summer with doing a dyno day or tune days or whatever.

I found this out today because I wandered in there to ask them. I like many have dyno'd there, and don't want to go to another dyno because the numbers will be different, and won't show if my changes are really doing something or not.

So here is my request; if people are interested in being on the feeler list, then please pm me your name, location, and an email address. I'm going to keep a list and send it over to somebody at HPF, who is going to submit it to Chris to show him that there really is a benefit in opening it to public every now and then and not always using it for R&D.

Please no flaming, just thought it would be cool to see if we could get something going again.

Thanks

J

LOL, no not really, they are just a good shop. Yes, I've been to most of the local dyno's, as I wrote some code for BMW's & do some tuning for friends. I think they have been mentioned in like 2 or 3 post.

Last "Dyno Day" @ Axiom, I was there & dyoned my car.

Kito, is in a good spot, they have parking, there is great food right down the street & also some good photo ops down on the waterfront in Ballard.
