I left about 12 months ago for a lil deployment to iraq , for a good portion of that time my car has been at world one getting some new toys and goodies added on to it thanks to your tax dollers. I want to say that the staff and techs of world one are great folks and i would suggest anyone to go and check them out. I have gotten constant e mails giving me up to date status on my car, as well as suggestions to get the most bang for my buck. Every lil issue that has popped up Garret has found a solution and got it done. He really knows customer service like the back of his hand and always wants his customers to be happy with there purchases. Thanks to Garret and his guys i have a set of brand new revolvers, a new Do Luck Lip, and some other go fast goodies all at great prices. If any one is new to the northwest hit up world one.

 

I second this! Nothing but awesome things from the whole gang down there. Garrett, Armin, and Johnathan all know their sh*t. Bought my time attacks from them, had a small problem, but they went out of their way to make everything right. Hell even the harness for my turbo timer had a small shipping issue and Johnathan had it overnighted from the vendor to make sure we got it. They definitely got a lifetime customer here!!

 

They were the only shop I heard of before moving to WA.

Yeah, I haven't talked to Armin very much but I've talked to Garrett and he's a pretty cool guy. And they're super close to me, which is convenient.

In regards to your buddy, its entirely possible that he didn't get frequent updates on a past transaction. We certainly apologize for this as we have definately have been understaffed in the past. Today, you can rely on myself, Jonathan, Garret, Jordy, or Wayde to assist you.
