Dude i have been popping in and out over the past few days but i have just been packed with gettin ready for college and hanging out with some of my friends

 

Fair enough at least you got a good warning...i saw a suitcase in my bedroom a week before school started and thats when I knew I was leaving .

i can't believe this, but i just got rear ended on 520.

the ix is a mess, i just put in a rear carbing 4-point strut bar about an hour before.
now, it's a piece of mangled aluminum.

i don't think that it will be 'totaled' but i kind of wish it was. i don't trust a repaired car can ever be as good as the original.

damn, what bad luck.

Yeah, what about us that don't live so south? I wouldn't mind to go to this, but I'm in the Sea-Tac area about 10 mins away from the highway 18 turnoff on I-5.

 

That sucks, I got rear ended in my 03 and it was 15k in damage to replace both rear quarter panels, trunk pan etc... yours sounds as worse as mine. I had a reputable shop fix it and it still wasn't 100%, then I traded it in on an IX.

 

Trunk pan and passenger, rear-quarter are gone. Even, popped and bent my spare.
Trunk lid is done too, I assume, because it's aluminum.

Pretty bummed out.

in other news, the guys from Speedware just called me from Evergreen Speedway, in Monroe and told me that they saw a converted RWD EVO and reminded them of me..lol

anyways, tomorrow im going to go check out the event they have different rounds. Im just going to go hang out with the drivers and BS with the Speedware guys...sorry its not open to public, but i can problly bring a couple ppl, so if u are up by Millcreek/Seattle/Bellevue and u want to meet me, let me know

im working up in Millcreek tomorrow...so...call me/text me...
