Yeah I am/have always been here legally and in status. The issue is that whenever they are getting ready to renew they "lock" your ability to re-enter the country until they are finished processing the new paperwork. I'm also doing the adjustment of status to be permanent so thats not helping either.

So I can leave....its on re-entry it will get fun

Chris: Yeah I suppose I could try to sneak back in with the driver's license but I'd rather not. Have passport will use .
