Here are the proposed time slots for tuning. Since Scott is going to be in AK for 2 days here is a schedule. Let me know what 2 time slots will work for you then I will work it in.

Saturday July 7: Sunday, July 8:

You do not need to be there at 10am if your slot is at 6pm.

You CAN if you would like to, but sometimes time slots run over due to issues with the car such as improper plug gaps, leaky pipes, BOV installed backwards, lines backwards on MBC etc. Through no fault of the tuner.

Take this moment to check your car's current state. Do you need plugs replaced? Are there any known issues you need to address before the tune? Have you checked your oil level?

Do the group a favor and make sure the car is set up and ready for a new tune so that you are not the reason 4 other cars are delayed 2 hours.

Just some helpful hints.

For Evo 8, NK BPR8es gapped at 0.022 is a good setup.

If they are not available, the BR8es is a suitable alternative as well.

Advance/Discount Auto is an NGK dealer. Not sure if they are a chain in AK, but if not Evocharger should be able to direct you to a store that should have these plugs in stock.

 

NAPA, FATS, Car Quest all stock NGK BPR8ES in house so you shouldn't have any problems. Also, if your an evo 9 you can get the stock ones at Mitsu dealer they are kind of pricey but tell him your a part of alaskamotorsports and you'll get a discount and gap them to .024.

 

How about 230-400PM because that slot just open and the person changed to sunday. Also I have revised the time slots for the changes!
