1 mile is nowhere near long enough to top out. It is plenty long enough to run the 1/4 mile, which is the only real race.

Well I know in 1 mile I can do over 150+ pretty easily but I just wanted to see where my 6th gear will stop letting me go...gearing wise it suppose to be able to hit 170+ but I want to verify that for my own satisfaction

We have a better airfield here on the east coast lol....

but IMHO I dont think they would allow this type of event here though.....

The longest runway at the airfield by me is 7000' X 300' wide, just barely long enough to land an Airbus A320

The second longest runway is 6000' X 300' wide.....

7000' X 300" wide

The cement median in the background has been removed....

Figured the base would never go for that, good news is you already have all the connection for a car next summer. if you start now, you should be able to get a really big turn out.

why not get a "group buy" if you will on renting pir or woodburn for day. seems a lot more reasonable. wont get any top end pulls but more fun in end
