I'm not sure which bolts you're referring to, but here are a few guesses. If the bolts go in the holes that are in the body where the plastic support for the original airbox went, they're designated "4" (from the looks of it they'll fit a 12 metric).

The gold coloring indicates that they're high strength steel. The regular strength should do you just fine

Now what is this about a bolt for the O2 sensor?

If you are talking about the heatshield that goes on the exhaust manifold, they are one of the following
M6X1.0
M8x1.25
M10X1.25

Now the crazy way to figure it out.
Take a pencil with an eraser, no this is not a test.
The eraser doesn't fit in an M6 hole, it fits about perfect in a M8 hole and is loose in a M10 hole.
Basically that is the diameter in mm of the bolt. The head does not matter and they are not measure that way.

Approximate comparison
6mm = 1/4 in.
8mm = 5/16in.
10mm= 3/8 in.

Common head sizes of these bolts are
M6 = 10-11mm
M8 = 12-13 mm
M10 = 14-15 mm

That should do it.

Edit: Oh wait some more.
They are not brass. They were probably zinc coated as that is common. The marking on the head determines the strength of the bolt. I do not remember the exact scale but no marking is the weakest and they go to numbers in increments such as 8.8, 9.8, 10.8. Chances are whatever you get at an autoparts store will be a decent bolt anyway. They generally don't bother to stock crap bolts.

uhhh the heat shield is there for a reason. It shields heat as it is called a heat shield. Removing it would allow alot of heat to get to your radiator as well as under your hood. Its there for a reason unless you thermal coat your exhaust manifold and turbo i wouldnt remove it. I wouldnt even remove it if my exhaust manifold and turbo were thermal coated because it still helps.
