Tuned by Lucas English

I recently had my 8 reflashed by Lucas English and with the standard setup (TBE, intake and mbc). The car pulls all the way to 7800 very smoothly and very safe at 20-21psi. The tune was great but what was better was the customer service that I received by Lucas. He answered all my questions and on my way out the door he made sure I didnt have anymore questions for him, even though he had other customers waiting to talk with him. Then later that day he personally called to make sure that I enjoyed the tune and that it was running great. The only other time that I have received customer service to this degree is when I take in my Mercedes into the dealership, which is another level of service. Most of my experiences in performance shops has been lack luster and trust me I have been to most of the shops in both Portland and Seattle. So if you want Benz customer service for your Evo, I would recommend Lucas English. Thanks again Lucas.

He charges $150 for the first setup tune. Defineately give him a try! I dont think anyone can beat him on his hourly labor, and not to mention his knowledge and experience.
