Will do. I may have a buddy over on the coast. He was looking at one around this time last year and hadn't found one he liked.
The wife and I were looking out in Valley too. Not so much at the new developments but had come across some land for sale that wasn't too far out from the rest of the city but not completely unincorperated either.
I'll let ya know if he is still in the market.

Hey good luck with the sale.. maybe you'll have better luck then I did.
I had to sell mine for $18k or was it $20K. I even had more mods then you but had more miles at 37k, still nobody would buy it for the price I wanted to sell it as.. $24k
Alot of trade offers though, like a lime green civic.. wtf?! =P
Really hope you get what you want mang.
