Ahh, now I'm really glad I checked.

I'll definitely get something in the 680+ range before setting up my tune.

according to me and anyone who has ever ran them. I have ran them in several of my cars with out any issue what so ever. Do you have them in your car? Where are you getting your information?

Do you run them in an EVO? Go look in the Ecuflash forum their are atleast 2 or 3 tuners that dont like them...their scaling is funky. I know JB can tune them because he is used to them. I wont put them in my car. Their are quite a few other people that have had problems getting them to run correctly too.

He's tuned his fair share of evo's...I can name two more tuners off the top of my head that dont like them either. Its like any other part, plenty of people have them work right and there are some that dont like them. I prefer not too take the chance. But hey not everybody likes to spend $400 on denso's. I guess I didn't adopt well to the dsm days of being cheap.

The difference seems to be idle more than anything. My tuning strategy is unorthodox. Bryan and I have talked about this before, and RC's are a little easier sometimes. I scaled a set of 1050s on gas in 6 flashes. The same ones took 2 hours on E75...you win some you lose some.

Delphi and Siemens are the way they are...sometimes they can be easy sometimes not. $310 for FIC or 400 for densos that know one can get exact latency numbers. Either way you end up with a pain in the ace somehow. ECUflash uses an inverse form of DSMlinks injector strategy...DSMers know all about that.

Why i haven't had the chance to stick a set in an evo yet, i will be in a few weeks, im not really to worried about it. I have had them work on translator, link, and maftpro(before the last update that smoothed out the idle) In evo really isn't that much different then any other turbo mitsu
