i know cody, good guy who just had a run of bad luck when he first started out, good guy thou and came thru in a clinch when my suspension went out and needed to be rebuilt outside of warranty(i didn't pay a dime out of my pocket and had Ksport overnight it back to me when it was fixed), give him a chance, if things are turned around then im sure he will give the tacoma area a good shop down here.

and as with most shops they have there ups and downs, if the guy realizes he made a mistake and is trying to fix it there is no need for you to come into this thread and point out the past, nothing can change it so lets just move on and hope the best for him. He must have done something right all this time to stay open in as big a shop as he has.

 

deviantek, i was officially the first customer of Illtech back when they first opened and i was also one of the people that had a bad experience, but cody made it right by me so i believe the guy that he is trying to make it right. Also luis the tech he has now can forget more about evos and dsms then a lot of us can learn so there is another ace for him in trying this restart for his business. I understand that you, as well as most of the NW want to stay away because of previous dealings the shop has had. I on the other hand hope the best for the guy and have seen a few nice cars come out of there so back to he must be doing something right to stay in business this long. all i say is give him a chance and let the past be just that, the past. im sure there are things you have done in the past that you aren't proud of and wish you could undo as well right?
