I had too many wild mods I think you can have so many before your dumpped to the next class

How exactly did they decide what was wild or mild when we rolled in all i saw the guy dude was mark off the sheet didnt ask or say anything. I think it was kinda dum not to ask questions like illtech's supra should have been in the wild category but was in the mild kinda weird?
