I smoked up the shop something fierce, Lucas thinks turbo on it's way out. I got cams, pipes, the usual... should be ~340-360, pulled it at 306.

for the turbo, anybody got thoughts on going with a stocker vs FP green/red (or something else)? It's a DD that I also track 1x/mo. i just drive it, I know nothin about parts, so looking for recommendations.

I'm thinking of going with another stocker, because I don't want to have to look at the upgrade path for clutch, etc if I start putting down power in the 400 range.

what you guys think?

 

what mods.. depend on mods.. and tuner set safe mode when they learn about your engine, mods support.. they will read Knocks counts... if 0 knocks it mean good.. and 1 to 4 knocks they tweek to turn down little bit to safe mode without blow up...

english racing (lucas n aaron) are good tuning and they never blew anything.. they very honest and work hard till ur happy...

I trust them... they are pro... they are amazed..

 

your first time watched it? most people doesn't like that movie when they watched it first time. but after second and third times you'll like it.. the only part I don't like about that movie is when borat and that fat dude both of them naked and fighting. that was disgusting....

 

he got a 04'WRX, pretty much bone stock except for turbo back exhuast, manifold and intake.

 

That would be awesome if you have a video. I had a great time. Sucks about the oil filter but atleast nothing worse happend. Is there any chance i could get a copy of the vid? It was fun hangin with everyone.

 

dont get an red FP.. it silly only 30whp add.. get Green or HTA green.. or save for 3076HTA ETS or 35R ETS or P 57 or P 61 turbo tims...

it hard to get 400whp on stock turbo... so im try to get 400whp without racing gas and meth on it.. i havent blow up my turbo.. it been good turbo..


I would go 3076 HTA for quicker spooler than 35R lag spooling..

mostly smoking.. beacuse blew turbo that cant handle more power.. and plus i think not proper care turbo? u let cool before turn off engine.. Turbo need cool after hard drive or drive longer prior times.. or turbo timer is very help..

I have Evo IX turbo snice I bought Evo IX brand new and now i put 48k on motor n turbo and havent fail on me yet.. and i race alot (drag n lapping) and drive hard like crazy bastard lol

i think Fp green or FP Green HTA (best)...
dont get White or Red, it silly.

 

Subuaru and Mitsubish have same Openecu program same tuning way method.. dont worry.. Aaron have Wrx too..
