Hey Wayne do you have an tactrix cable? You could always try flashing to a newer version VIII rom. That works sometimes if you have an older rom. There is also this: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&highlight=egr Fairly easy to do.

Aren't you tuned by JB? Maybe shoot him a PM and thats something he could do quickly. I have a tactrix cable if you need to borrow it to flash an update on their.

We can and have been fixing the P0300 for any of our customers that have issues with it at no extra charge. It doesnt seem to be something that everyone has an issue with but we will do it either remote if you have a cable or on an appointment basis up north or any time between 8-5 down here at the shop.

Thanks for getting this one for us Billy.

Iridiums only come on the 06's, and even Mitsu recommends every 30k. I do mine every 15k.

Mitsu also doesn't recommend you moding your car. Alot of evo's run richer then a stock evo is intended to cause the cars to go trough plugs faster. With how cheap plugs are for an 8 alot of people do them at every or every other oil change

I use Iridiums in my '05 VIII... NGK part number BPR7EIX... I think iridiums came in the 05's also but this is a substitute NGK part number instead of paying $70 for plugs at the dealer... THIS IS NOT THE P/N FOR THE IX PLUGS JUST FOR THE VIII!
