Chris, not too long ago you told me you make 11.50 an hour. How the hell did you get a 20 dollar an hour raise??

Pretty unlikely your payments would be that low, considering an interest only Jumbo loan carries a payment of $2720.66 (market rate of 6.16%). Reverse amortization loans are virtually impossible to get in this market (although so are jumbo loans). So the only way one could get a payment that low is to provide a fairly large down payment, which I would find unlikely since you said you had to borrow money for the tranny and t-case. If you really are making payments that low on a $530,000 house I would really like to meet your banker. (Just for reference, to get payments that low in an interest only loan at 6% you would have to put $150000 down)

Chris you forgot in your list of monthly bills, home owners insurance and mortgage insurance (unless you have a dp of $106,000 in witch case you wouldn't need mortgage insurance.)
