Ok, so I recently bought some Evo XI seats, and they sent me two driver side seats... not sure how they pulled that one off.

Anyways, I started digging into this and found you CAN convert seats from side to side... but you need the the rails. You can't use left rails on the right side and visa versa. If you have the rails and restraint buckle you CAN pull this off!

You start off with the actuator. Take the side cap off, then take the knob off. Notice the knob side sticks out more than the opposite side? You reverse this so it sticks out the other way the same length. Replace the knob and plate.... actuator fixed.

Now remove the old rails and restraint system by unbolting the four allen heads per rail. You may have to move the rail to see them. Put the new rails on and voila... converted seat.

Yeah I found a seat. It was a driver seat, since I found one for a good deal, so this can fall down to it's death.

Oh and I just hacked up the seat brackets and hammered them to fit. Not the best way, but hey it worked out. I also used a hammer to push the recline bar through to the other side. I used a hammer and a socket to push the washer in tight.
