Custom Coat Powder Coating. He does amazing work and has 100's of colors and texture finishes. Im bringing my valve cover and a V8 intake manifold. He quoted me $35-$40 for the valve cover.

Im getting a Wrinkle Flat Black which is more then just a normal color of powder coat because of the finish. Of course Kandy colors would be even more expensive but your quote IMO is ridiculous. Who gave you that quote?

my bad, i forgot to quote sunkren. anyone paying $240 to powder coat a valve cover is one beer short of a 6 pack
