lol dude wait this is what I told you right?

-Unbutton the old shift boot
-Reach under the boot and lift up the top of the console
-Unscrew 4 bolts holding the boot mount bracket
-Remove staples and glue from stock mount bracket
-Staple in new boot

I don't get how else you would do it?

I tried that and I heard some cracking, so I stopped and went to the redline web site, the instructions there were much more intensive, but worked. Maybe next time I'll have you show me on yours.

Ahhh so you didn't fully try it No seriously, it works. It took Randy 5 mins. The sound you're hearing is just the plastic rubbing before they click off. Either way, it's definitely a nice piece!

Did you and Randy do this on both of you're cars?

Just wondering if you are still going down the "twin" road.

Redline does make some good quality stuff! It'll match some red stiching Brides nicely too....hm....

Too bad it takes them FOREVER to make and ship these out...I've read people waiting for ages before they get their shift boots...maybe they ship UPS? lol
