Emissions Test

So I just found out that I have 30 days to get my WA License and Plates. To get my license I need proof of residency (and not a Lease). We have one utility bill and it is on my girlfriends name. I don't have a job yet so no pay check. Any other ideas of what will work?

Also, I assume I will have an emissions test. Since I have the AMS turbo back exhaust with a High flow cat and no resonator, do you think i'll pass the test? If I don't, what do I do then? I'm not used to emissions yet.... thanks for the help!

if you live with your girlfriend i dont see why it woudnt work.....other then that i dunno. psssh you will pass WA emmisions. we arent that strict. i passed with a full hks turbo back exhaust with a high flow cat lol. so you should have a problem. if you dont pass then i suggest you go and get a stock cat to pass.

they don't even sniff the tail, they only check the obd2 plug, if you have no codes you pass.

They sniff whimpy 2WD cars, no 4WD dyno so no sniff for an Evo.
