Yes, i have added a test pipe and the recirc kit for the BOV...but with both of these it ran fine.

yea but if its tuned for a VTA BOV and a cat, and now you have it recircing and theres a test pipe then you need a retune...plain n simple, stock injectors?

You are getting unmetered air it sounds like. Look for loose couplers, torn hoses, loose lines. Evos cannot forget the tune, something hardware related has happened.

ive checked for leaks and didnt find any.... it ran perfect prior to me taking the cable off the battery.

boost leak tester, search in the "how to section" make one just to be safe its like $5 and worth it to have anyway. some leaks are easily over looked with an eye, air will find it.
No harm in checking even if your car was running fine before
