So I was reading the "Spotted in Oregon" thread and realized just how many posts were actually about EVOs spotted North of the border.

So.... How about a Spotted in Vancouver, WA thread?

Today, there was a Silver 9 (with Blue headlight bulbs?) behind me at the intersection of 164th and Mill Plain. The car turned into Target and I continued on 164th.

Just wanted to say I saw you and would have waived but I was juggling a cell phone call, shifting and a 32 oz Mt. Dew.
