Depending on what everyone's schedule is looking like, I'd like to try and have a club gtg this weekend. Things on the agenda would be the car show in November, as well as some position-filling for the club.

Think it'd be a good time to scout out Centralia for a good place to have our meet in two weeks?

 

I need to know ASAP, but i could do something sunday, but like i said, the sooner you let me know the better.

 

Dustin, you should go ahead and reserve the library room for this Sunday. Worst case scenario is that we end up not needing it this weekend and you just call to let them know we won't be coming and they can use it for a reading class for the kids

The weekend's approaching with a quickness- where is the library and what time do we want to meet. I like the idea of centralia because it sucks for everybody to get there

 

What timeframe are we looking at? I've got volunteering in the morning and the earliest I could head out is around noonish. That'll put me in Centralia around 1 or 1:30.

I know this may or may not **** everyone off who has no begun making those famous last min plans but is having a meeting this weekend and one on teh 26th the smartest thing to do? I mean thats basiclly 3 meetings in four weeks if we include the Korum show. I'm not sure we need that many especially if we really put our noses to the grindstone on teh 26th and really get some stuff done.

My vote is to focus our energy on getting EVERYONE down to a meeting on the 26th instead of splitting it up between two meetings I think the more time we give everyone the better off attendance will be.

If we do need to meet this weekend however, I'll be able to make it down to Centrallia by no earlier than 4ish on sunday cause i cant get out of work this late in the game.

Let me know so i can make last min reservations if need be.

 

Dustin, this weekend meet was more for just local folks so we could get some ideas together to bring to the bigger meet. Sorry for the confusion! I figured that if anyone around town was free, we could hook up and shoot the **** for a while. Then we can have more formalized stuff brought up at the end of the month.

Ok guys, I think this weekend's is gonna be more laid back than our bigger meets, so it's prolly better off to just have local folks come by. I just hate for everyone to drive 2+ hours not to do much of anything, you know? We're just gonna chill at a coffee shop and discuss some things.

If any of you north region guys want to come, by all means do! Like I said, I just feel bad having you guys come out and not even have a bbq or something to make it worth the drive.
