Just puting this out there.... For those who can't get over to Everett, but can get to Kirkland (where I work), I'd be willing to have you drop it off to me and then I can take it to VTR since I live in Everett.

 

So are we going to do a meet or something, and roll up to VTR together? People seemed interested. Is VTR open on Saturday? That seemed to work for people. What about Friday? Let's get some input, ya'll!

 

yeah there open 10-6 saturday. we should meet up at like the everett mall around 4ish and cruise over there drop off food and go do something. just my .02

I'm going to try to beg/borrow/steal some ****ty tails, maybe from Javier. My new ones (that are proper) are in next week. Note to self, ask ebay sellers to really verify the pictures that they include in their listings...

 

...thats pretty messed up man, really sorry to hear that. I probably should have sent you the link or the seller's name where I got mine from... Hope everything turns out good and you get your money back or replacements.

 

^thanks, Eric! I did almost call you about it! It's working out - basically they got a new shipment that is all black chrome (JDM 9MR) and they don't have the previous flat black (JDM 8MR). So they sent me a packing slip to send them back - and they'll get my money. They've been very good in communicating so I'm not worried.

In the meantime I found someone actually selling flat blacks and have ordered them. Hopefully these will work and I'll be ready to roll!

BTW - I got a CF hood from someone I met at that same Safeway in Lake Stevens. It is going to need clear coat work, but I got it for $180 and fitment is decent so far.
