Chumpcar
This last weekend my friend Brian was telling me that he was building a car for the Chumpcar race on Halloween. While i was at work today i kept thinking about what kind of cage he was going to need to run.
One i got off of work i looked it up and read through all the rules of the race. The only thing that came to my mind was that this was something i had to do.
The first call i made was to my friend Ray. It is always good to have a friend with 11 cars in his backyard. After talking to Ray, we had our car ( a 3rd gen Mirage) and our first team member. The next call went out to Timm, we now have a cage builder. after a few more calls we have a full team and a working plan.
The goal is to have the car ready to run the 24 hours at Spokane County Raceway on July 24 and 25.
It would be great to have a few different evom backed teams.... Anyone have the ***** to do chumpcar???

Also, I heard a little inside scoop. So the rules is the car cannot be like more than $500. But they also say everybody cheats. LOL. Go figure.......
