^ Doesn't need a fuel pump till he is in the 350+ hp range and he won't reach that. Yes you can dyno and turn boost up the way it is. I would talk to Aaron and see what he recommends.

I think a viii pump will still get to 350. You would have to ask Aaron to be sure but I thought the viii pump will get 350 the xi pump 380.

mine is pretty loud compared to most peoples, but I love it. I have only been pulled over once for it. The only thing I would get to replace it might be a full to fatback, but that prob won't happen anytime soon.

The fuel pump is so easy to do, and so cheap, you might as well do it. Plus, nothing worse than finding out the fuel pump is a bottleneck in the middle of tuning!

We need to get a little side x side comparison of exhausts sometime, both inside/outside of the car. I thought mine was getting quieter but apparently Mikey's is way quieter than mine.

- I have all 3" Buschur DP, Buschur SD mid-muffler instead of cat, Buschur Bullet muffler - never been pulled over, even when followed directly by police
- Mikey, you have an Apexi?
- Jake and wsh have ETS 3.5"

What is Eric running? My wife said both Fred and Eric's cars were quieter than mine rolling up to the hizzy the other night.

Ya I'm running the Apexi Turbo N1. It is really nice and deep untill I start to go over 4k then it comes to life! My car has been the loudest out of all the dyno days that I have been to. Now that I have an external dump it is even louder

I'm not sure what Eric has... I know Fred has a Greddy Ti

I'm always down to kick it with the dyno day crew. It's gonna be crazy cold though

Apparently my car is loud?
Custom "Axiom" cat back with a DC sports downpipe and stock O2 housing still.

I would do a fuel pump. You never know when you're gonna stumble upon some E85!

I had 880 injectors and a walbro and my last pump dyno was only 320.
I've added a lot more stuff since then I'd love to know what my number is....

I'm probably gonna get sucked into paying for a dyno tune again like I did last time.... lol I'll just tell my self to save that money for the dyno tune after I save up for my HTA Green.... I want that **** so bad.

Thats what happened to me on the dyno. 352 wheel hp on a IX and I had to swap out to a walbro 255 due to lean situations. Plus the nearly 1 hour delay for going back to the shop and install time.

I had the BR turbo back originally on my car, but dont have it anymore. It didnt sound bad at all. Magnaflow makes good mufflers.

When are you coming down next, Josel? Whenever you want to hear my car inside/out and you're in the area, let me know!

I was told my car was sounded nice and loud as I re-merged onto 405 S to join the caravan of Evo's on Sunday!

Back to what I mentioned - it would be great to have the cars lined up, maybe at this dyno day, and have people get a feel for each of them with different setups. "What does that exhaust sound like" is such a common question and sadly audio files on youtube or what have you lose some of the tone/quality. I think Mikey's is loud but he thinks mine is loud. I do like how raspy his tone is, though, especially when that dump comes into play!
