Hi guys,
I am currently working on designing a evo trunk lid. I have an initial shape which I am fairly happy with, however (this is where you come in) I don't currently own a evo.
I was wondering if anyone in the Portland area would be willing to meet up this Sunday 4-18, and let me bolt this trunk to their car to see how the shape flows with the entire car. Would only take 10-15 minutes.
I would really appreciate it and when the final product is done in FRP or CF, I could make whoever a sweet deal for helping me out if they wanted one.
For reference, this is how the trunk for the subaru wrx/sti ended up...

BTW Got_Lag? - personally I'd angle that rear lip piece up a little, but then you might be accused of doing a do-luck rip-off.

It is angled up a little.
However I think the do luck doesn't flow as well as it could on the evo.
Its a little abrupt. The trunk I am working on is more of a smooth contour with a lip integrated.
Here's a pic of a Dry Carbon OEM Evo trunk we did... Its a prototype but if anyone wants it PM me for a sweet deal. 8.1 lbs!
