Yeah, it's a little "raw" looking right now, but it's got to harden up a bit more, get wet sanded, cut and buffed, then the decal package will go on. The roof panel is also going to be changed to a solid, non-sunroof panel (still white) and the integrated scoop/vent installed. Get's hot in the car on Rally Stages.

Anyway, thanks for the reviews. It's always hard to toss a concept out there for folks to critique. Especially when it's not "quite" finished yet.

I'll update with pics of the cut-n-buff and decal applique and hope for the best.

I too thought someone was having a little reality check after playing around with NFS: Drift, or something of that nature. Your Avatar pic brings it to life. GL with the final product!

I love it, it screams rally car! Any chance of posting a high res one of the finished paint/stickers? I'd love a new desktop at work, it's just a tad fuzzy @ 1600x1200.

Yes, the "finished" car is a photoshop version of the finish. That was the mock-up to get everything correct as we went along. Decals and such are going on this week now that the paint is hardened up, and I will have high rez for you all.

Thanks for your patience.

I AM STILL LOOKING for a roof panel for this car. Preferably, obviously, in white WITHOUT a sunroof hole. That is the last piece before the cage goes in. The tube is laying on the floor of the shop, just waiting on the roof panel.

So if you know anyone that has one, PLEASE let me know. I'd love to get the car wrapped up before Rally Idaho and that panel is the last piece of the puzzle.
