We've been working to get my car ready for the run. Got the magnus clutch master installed and changed all the oils so she's nice and fresh.

Why are we having the biggest drive of the year on one of the busiest weekends of the year? Hrm?

 

Traditionally this was always in the spring. Curious why so late in the year this time round?

 

It was posted once before, but due to lack of interest, it was rescheduled... I believe.

But why THIS weekend? I mean it's going to be very busy on the roads. Worst time imo.

This is why I likely won't go. The drive down South (and return) will be that much crappier with the extra traffic on the road. I did see this posted earlier in the year though.

 

I was going to go until I realized the drive is on the same day as the start of Ducks football season.

 

... you can't tivo an English Racing DSM meet...

 

We're going to be up so Early, it almost won't effect the traffic going down...coming back will be almost the same to the extent that we will be driving back very late after the drag races, there shouldn't be too much traffic...as for the drive during the day, and lunch, I couldn't tell you how crowded it would be, I don't norm the route we are going to take.
