Auto Wheel and Body Shops?

I have a curbed rim I would like to get repaired. Any wheel shop recommendations?

How about body shop recommendations? For example, niks, scratches, and dent removal, re-paint front bumper, etc...

Location and prices please?
Preferable local, near Seattle or Bellevue.

Stop by there today and met Tyler and Gary and the Detail guy...forgot his name. Very friendly and great competitive pricing.

Looking forward to get this done.

Take some before and after pictures. Good ones. I want to see how good of a job they do, 'cause I have 2 or 3 that need some repair, and I'll be having it done over the winter.
