Winter Car Washing
Where do people go to get their car washed when it's freezing outside? I usually got to Brown Bear DIY in the summer. I just need a quick wash but don't want to pay some place $40 for a wash. How about an automatic one (touch-less of course)?
Man up and wash it yourself =P
My car got washed last weekend with the roommate's GTO. Your hand gets used to the water by the third time you need soapy water. Takes an hour to warm it up afterwards, but you're rewarded with a clean and shiny car

I've washed my car when it was sunny and in the upper 20's a month or so ago. I've also washed my car when its been pouring rain outside (natural rinse). I know, makes so much sense huh?
I have an warm water spout outside, but I don't like running the water externally in the winter, especially a winter like this that keeps freezing --> warming --> freezing --> warming -->freezing...
room temperature water and drying pannels as you go..... very quickly afterward.
Sometimes a spray on lubricant such as Speed Shine (Griots Garage) can postpone freezing a few minutes.

Ha ha, I figured that was what everyone was going to say. Maybe I'll wait till next weekend and hope it warms up a bit. I changed my oil today and just about froze my hands off. You'd think I'd be used to the cold being from WI but you never get used to it. You just deal with it.
