Autocross events
I figured we needed a local autocross thread to keep the interest up. If anyone knows of any events coming up feel free to give everyone a heads up. At the very least I'll post here with events that will be coming up for the weekend, hopefully in time to allow people to get registered.
This weekend - April 30 & May 1
The WWSCC Championship series kicks off in Packwood, WA. Two full days of autocross on a huge site. I'll be there on Sunday. Here are links for more info and to register. Everyone that ran in the Slush events earlier this year already paid the $5 annual WWSCC Driver Registration Fee so you'll just pay the $25 event fee from here on out.

Note: Each day is a separate event so you'll have to register separately for each day and online registration will close at noon Friday.

You guys taking the weekend off or letting the car take a weekend off?
I was going to pass on this one but the weather is supposed to be so nice in Packwood this weekend I had to do at least one day. It really is a great site so I don't mind the occasional drive there.

Good luck guys and have fun!
We will be putting the Volvo back together, it just got forged rods, bigger turbo, injectors, throttle body, and cams. Probably still wont break 300 whp.. lol.

Evergreen Speedway Lapping night, 6/1/2011 4-8pm
I believe the cost is $50. For now you get three laps and then pit and rotate through all night if you want to. Here is a video of me in my Talon from last month. I assume the track is the same.
6-1-2011, 4-8pm, Evergreen Speedway, Monroe.

Here's some video from Monday's BSCC Event. Still uploading Porsche club Saturday footage and forgot the SD card on SCCA's sunday event. Next weekend, autox at Shelton www.wwscc.org and on June 12 BSCC in Bremerton www.bscc.net
Here's a couple videos from this last weekends BSCC event. It was one of the best courses I've seen in a long time and a few classes were won by thousandths of seconds so it made for great, competitive fun.
Here's Michelle: Car popped out of second gear in the middle of the sweeper so it could have been even better. argh!

And here's mine - watch through to the finish for the collective groan from grid on scoring.
