Great info!
It recommends changing the race oil often. How many miles is often? 1k,2k,3k? Thanks!

$20 is way too much for an oil filter. At that price it better do more than filter my oil...I bet Wix and Baldwin filter just about as good at a normal price. Amsoil is a great product but I have beaf with their prices...

WIX filter is recomended to be changed at about 10k miles . Ea Amsoil oil Filters designated with product code Ea15K are recommended for 15,000 miles/one year, whichever comes first, in normal or severe service.

Ea Filters designated with product code EaO are recommended for 25,000 miles/one year, whichever comes first, in normal service or 15,000 miles/one year, whichever comes first, in severe service.

Wait we are talking replacing the Oil filter every 15k and not every oil change at 3K? Are you open tomorrow or sunday, I may need to come pick up some oil. Are you gonna be cheaper than the pricing @ Napa/Puyallup National? Thanks

10w-30 Amsoil w/ Wix filter. Got lucky since the local Napa here is a Amsoil dealer (not sure if thats the case with all napa's).
Also kind of off-topic, make sure to get the short/wider Napa Wix filter not the long skinny one.

I chose other as I've been running Brad Penn but now have a case of Amsoil to get through. So far just using filters since I have a couple left, but have used wix filters or napa gold, or twatever. Running 20w50 on the 2.4L

Guys, i drove to Salem Oregon last nite and my fuel economy was amazing. I got on freeway 24.2 MPG and thats by using Amsoil, very good tune by ER, Shell premium gas of course, 48 F temp outside and doing 75Mph, not bad at all. On my IX MR i had before I got 27 MPG though.
My point here that using Best oil does benefit you.
