They were only on the car for a hour. After the runs they were immediately taken off and left to cool. We pit in a warehouse and they traveled in Blackwatch tire bags, (out of sun) I'm very conscious of my tire care, just ask any women that come to my house, they dont seem to like the tires in the kitchen Got them on 5/20/11.

Tim- does that mean you gona come out autocrossing again!?! There has been a lot more Evo's this year

 

May be interested but I'm thinking if you want to come down some. Like you said new (from say tirerack) with shipping out here to NW is $729. There is also an $80 rebate going on for these tires as well.

So in the end a person would be saving $50 on a 6 autocross run set of tires? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

 

Granted the shaving is not for the average driver or daily driver but it's very beneficial for performance, every 10th of a second counts in autocross Their shaved, ready to kick azz on the track Shaving was an extra $100.

 

Yes I am planning on making it out again real soon. Been busy with work and sidejobs on the weekends lately. I would like to make it out this sunday to Sanderson but it just depends on if I can finish this work up by the weekend. I hear sunday is supposed to be really nice weather too
