Hey my wallet was stolen out at formula drift, and im in need of a cf heat shield for the bumper of an evo viii (where the exhaust tip is), I need it pretty cheap and.pretty fast. I have like no money, but if its super cheap il borrow money to get it. (Already have the approval from my friend to borrow)

Please nt me up asap. I live in olympia and don't wanna drive go far, as I don't have a lot of funds for gas either.

Nt me up:

Just out of curiousity - why do you need a heatshield in order to drive the car?
I may have a CF heatshield laying around somewhere for my VIII I haven't installed yet, but it was a gift from my fiancee about 3 months ago, hahaha. It wouldn't be "cheap" though, good luck trying to get one for under $60 shipped!

The exhaust is literally melting the paint off of my rear bumper. So I dont NEED it to drive, but I dont want to keep melting the paint off of my AS bumper, cuz its turning brown and looks like garbage

sure its "melting" or just burning brown....a good rubbing compound will take it right off.

what exhaust is it? maybe you should try getting longer exhaust hangers to drop the exhaust a bit.

Its a greddy full 3" ti-c exhaust. I picked it up for 100$ so its a deal that I can work with. But I just gotta throw on some heat protection

take it off and take it to an exhaust shop and have them straighten it (or just take the car in so they can properly align it)

will cost more but it's a fix and not a band-aid
