lol, yeah that's worded weird, basically meant you have a better chance at seeing one around the NW than on any given day than you would ever see on out East unless it was at a big event.

 

Well not so much but it would be nice to one day, read this article and sign this petition to help change vehicle import laws from 25 years to 15 and hopefully something will happen.
