New to Colorado
Hey everyone! I am new to the Colorado area I'm in Springs specifically. I am military and work in civilian IT.
I just parted with my EVO 8 a few months ago (miss her and her torque already)
I did pick up a clean Evo 9 MR lightly moded still in New York

As of last night I picked up a stock 2015 X which I am completely new to the 4B11 motors! I am looking into moding it and more to my 9 when she gets here. I am having trouble figuring out the emissions restrictions and or visual inspections compared to new York. Anyone have a little more in depth input?
Pretty pumped to be out here and looking forward to getting into some evo meets!
