Cargo Carrier

Went and got myself one of these -
Harbor Freight 300lb. (max load) Cargo Carrier.
It was on sale $49+tax

Slapped some Reflective Stickers on it >
Just in case I have to use it at night, to prevent those drivers who can't see all that well in the dark...

Ha ha. Thank you.
It use to be..
But, now it's just old. To be used just as you see - a throw rag.

Honestly, I think CURT hitch should be made factory standard equipment on our vehicles..

JUST DO IT!
Years ago someone did this too me. I owned an old 1985 Chevy Blazer, metal rear bumper, put it in 4wd and shifted into reverse gassed it. Tore the front end out of the car and I drove off. I actually feel bad now that I did it. Karma has gotten me a few times with vehicles, guess it's payback.

Hey bud.. At least you own up to it (here on the forum) and expressed your regret.

Honestly, it's all about the respect. That driver back then should have given you the "courtesy distance" when parking (unless you were parking in a subcompact zone) Some people park like that own the whole parking lot.

Funny thing about Karma - I bet that driver felt like that karma FINALLY caught up to them too** and it was up to you to make them pay. :lol

** when they saw their front end separated from their vehicle.

Thanks for this. Did the same thing to my Outlander sport. Found a very cheap 6" drop. Here's the link. Got the ball and a hitch lock too.

I picked up this same exact one from Harbor freight on line last night it was marked down to $47.00 internet sale price, plus I had an internet coupon for 20% off of the sales price... So it was 38.00 and after $3.00 tax or so and the $6.99 shipping it was like 48.00 and some change total, GREAT BARGIN! now we can use the extra space on for Wives Buick Enclave and keep the third row seating up when we go on vacation, for the extra passengers!
Thanks again for the heads up!

It's a great deal for sure. Glad you were able to pick one up even cheaper than me.

Now, I'm curious..
I thought THIS O.Sport was your wive's baby mover originally... When did she get the upgrade?

Reese : tow & go - Hitch Step

We're still getting quite a few "close" tail kissers when we commute on the expressways.
Not sure if they are too busy texting, can't see my big shiny ball(hitch), or just naturally rude like that...

So, I'll make it a bit more obvious for those kind of drivers >

Once I get our vehicle washed and this step installed, will post more pix.
