Has anyone done a clutch replacement on the manual OS? My clutch is at 90k miles and needs to be replaced. How hard is it to do myself?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions on the estimated cost + labor of having a shop do it versus dealer/stealer?

 

I am interested in this as well. Also, how did it fail? I am at 83k miles and the clutch feels like it did at mile 1.

 

Not sure how it went. It started stalling whenever putting in reverse, went and got a quote from a few shops plus the dealer. Everyone quoted at 2000+, dealer at 3k+. The parts alone were about $700-800 for everything, but the process to repair was exhausting so labor creeped up the costs. Decided against spending so much on it, and ended up trading in OS for a new Outlander GT.
