Updated. I think we will call it quits on adding for now, the 15th isnt really open so this will be what it is.

Thank you for the kind words and reminders.
We dont mind if you cant make it, things happen. However if you cant and you lnow in advance please let us know so we can get others retune/tuned that can make it. As Dan mentioned we had one event where I was practically begging to get cars on the dyno. Of the 15 people that said they wanted to dyno I think 5-6 got on the dyno that particular day.
We charged $50 down the next time and that was confusing but seemed to work. The last few events we have had very good attendance and people that said they were going to show up did. We appreciate that very much from the scheduling side of things. Its always fun to hang out with the community, see what has been changed/upgraded, shoot the sheez, etc. With our new location not being conducive to dyno days, the DO events will probably be the Community Events to hang out at for awhile.

not a problem, sir. With what you guys do for the community, in particular events like this sacrificing time away from family, etc., sending a reminder is the least I can do.

so aaron i fixed my problem that i thought was a tunning issue ill tell you about it in person but you can give someone my slot if wanted but if you could still bring me plugs that would be great i plan on still coming to chill if you cant fill my spot ill still go on but just let me know
