NWARC Evening Lapping Days in June and July

Anyone attending these at Pacific? They're both on Wednesday evenings, June 13th and July 18th.

You need some provable driving experience usually (e.g having done a previous school). If its not with them, or they don't know you they probably will put someone in the car for a ride along for a few laps. Then they should leave you alone.

OT, got the email from them as well but not been forced to skip this track season so will have to wait until next year.

Can anyone clarify for sure that a school/class isn't required to go? I'd like to do it but am having a hard time attending a class session.

I've been tracking with NWARC for years, I think they allow novices to run at Bremerton but at Pacific you need to have taken their classes, another driving school, or have previous track experience.

You can't run Bremerton solo unless you get signed off either. Same process sit an instructor in the car until they are certain you won't do anything stupid and then they leave you alone.

According to here:

Note: This event is not open to first-time drivers.

You can contact the club directly to clarify though

Yeah, guys you really don't want to do a track day w/o some class/school time anyways. You'll drive terrible and could potentially be unsafe.

Yep and I got roasted on here last year when for the open PR test and tunes they were allowing guys who had never driven on the track out there with no instructors/sign off. It shouldn't be done at any track and definitely not PR where at the wrong corners there is very little run off.
