Precision Powder Coating Review- Milwaukie

First off I'll start by saying that I haven't taken any automotive parts to this company, but felt they deserved a write up.

Parts powder coated were 5 L style brackets measuring 10"- 10" made of raw steel. I talked to them on Feb. 18, Monday, to explain that I had just received the brackets, not purchased from them, in the mail and was a bit disappointed in how they looked so different from the picture on line. I know, shocker.

My problem was timeline. These were to be installed for a new quartz countertop that same week. And to make matters worse, we had a party planned for that Saturday as well. Yes, I like a challenge. They said they would do what they could, & that with those sizes I fell in to their base charge of $55 for a color they had in stock.

I dropped them off Feb. 19, Tuesday, in the morning after settling on a matte black, & went on my way. Received a call the following morning, the 20th, stating that they were ready to be picked up. Wow!

Got them back for cheaper then most places, quicker than I could have ever hoped, the finish was great & they even had them wrapped up better than the manufacter had mailed them to me. I was extremely impressed.

So not sure how much automotive stuff they do, but I'd definetly be willing to give them a call to find out.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. Yes they do low temp powder coating, but it's not kept in stock. So it would probably take more time, & would definetely cost more as I picked something they carry in stock. They also said they have a way of powder coating metals that have a lower melting point so I'm not sure what you have in mind but they might be able to help. I'll try to get some pics this weekend.
