I called nick a couple of days ago inquiring about an ecutek tune. Not only was Nick extremely helpful but he took the time to answer every question I had and also made me feel very comfortable about the tune. Researching these forums, it appeared the best results were had with Als Dynoflash and Precision Dyno. Al was in CT and Precision was in philly. Im stuck in the middle in NYC so either location would be roughly a two hour journey. Nick from Precision answered the phone first so it looks like my proclivities were going to be toward PD Since my experience was zero with either tuner. I made an appointment at 3pm but got there roughly at 5pm just as they were about to close. This was due to mapquests esoteric lexicon. When I arrived they treated me like I was a VIP customer. Nick , Nick and Chris and the nicest most down to earth people you can meet. They even told me they will stay as long as it will take to get the tune right. Approximately two hours later, it was completed and I gained about 20 horsepower. Low end feels the same, the mid kicks in a little harder and the highend just rips. I've never got thrown back so hard in my evo. My mods are HKS intake, TBE and APEXI AVCR boost controller. I started with 264 horsepower and 247 pounds of torque and ended with 286 horsepower and 265 pounds of torque. The boost stayed the same at 21 PSI. Driveability is just like stock and there are no problem whatsoever. They told me they haven't had one unsatisfied customer and I can truly believe that. I would just like to thank the guys for their dedication hard work and attention to detail. They even gave me advice on what mods to get to draw out the most horsepower for my tune.

That's a lot of power with your mods. You have a strong Evo! What year is it?
