This is looking great so far!

Look up mitsuorder's 4g69 build. May give you some ideas when you go to strengthen the block. He swaps an Evo 9 head on, forged internals, and ends up making HP in the upper 700 range I think.

Without strengthening the whole frame, the car will fold like origami at first launch.

I can Imagine that :eek:, but we are thinking in a long term get some like
400 hps from that Ralliart Engine in a AWD setup.

Right. I was thinking of the 700 hp someone suggested above. 400 hp at the crank should be safe.

Oh I wasn't suggesting he push it that far. I just thought he could get some ideas and excellent info from the thread. 400 is an awesome goal.

About Recaro seats, we have access to buy a used EVO X ones, what do you think?
Last week I could check them in the local Mitsubishi dealer in an EVO X 2014 and those seats are very nice, maybe little more than the EVO 9 seats.

evo 8/9 leather would fit the generation better...though an Evo 8/9 wing looks pretty good on an X...seats from an X could look good in the old school :p

evo2809 Oct 15, 2013 09:12 PM

Those ones looks really sick!, but we could get the GSR's seats.

Those seats are good too, but we don't have any used ones in Mexico,
we need to check in ebay to be able to get some ones from USA.

But this is an option too {thumbup}

Thanks for your suggestions!

project is looking awesome. I'm a previous Ralliart owner and I know how hard is to get EVOs specially in countries like Mexico where they are so expensive and rare. In Puerto Rico they are expensive too and cost of living is expensive so having an EVO can be very luxurious. Keep the good work. There is always that group of people who laugh and dont believe you can make it. Those are the moments where you sit down, shut up your mouth and work even harder. Then pictures will speak by themselves. KEEP THE AWESOME WORK.
