My clutch is gone from all the other racing I've been doing. I haven't made weekly excuses for why I can't run. I put down the fastest lap of any car while road racing, but then my clutch was slipping afterwards. Once the new one arrives, I'll be right back out there. I also didn't put up a thread talking about my project whatevers before actually doing something at the track. No comparison whatsoever.

Exedy sent me their 4-puck single disk cerametallic to test. It goes in Monday, but if it doesn't hold up to my frequent, abusive racing, I will toss in the Twin HD.

from what i have read, the exedy twin is only good for about 500 crank TQ which is about 400 to the wheels average on a dyno. it will do well 4 road racing but not very well in drag. this is pretty much the same 4 most JDM clutches out there. i recommend a T/C cryo treatment from Shep 2 go along w/ your clutch install. yeah it's another $1200 extra but it seems that the weakest link is there as we add more power & abuse these cars...

Man, you really must be nuts. Only 400wtq on an Exedy Twin? Then, you recommend a $1200 cryo treatment on my T/C??? I don't know where you come up with thist stuff. The Exedy Twin is built for HUGE power. Hell, even the basic ACT street disk is good up to 500tq.
