No one EVER said that to you. Since you bought the car in september, I guess your memory is 'foggy'.

At 24-25psi, you should be in the 340hp range for a car with cossie 272's, full exhaust, and an evo8 turbo with 10.5 hotside on 93 octane.

2-step and tune were set conservative since it's your first evo and we wanted you to enjoy it, not break it.
