Wow thats wierd. We have had nothing but great results with the Tiltons. Not only with evo's too.

Tiltons are ok but if you want to be save once again I highly recommend the Exedy Twin or ACT.
1320 Kenny |
I have the ACT MB7-XTSS, but I was having lock-out issues at 8000 RPM shifts.... I've adjusted my clutch engagement poitns a bit but havent tested it out yet to see if it'll lock-out again

I have a exedy triple ceramic in my car, something's wrong with it after 2500 miles, and trust me I know how to drive !
|
get the autozone sixtuplet (carbon/carbon/kevlar/kevlar/carbon/carbon) disc clutch dude.... you can drop it at 12k all day!!!!
|
^saw those suckers at walmart, they came in a 10 pack.
|
I have the Exedy Twin HD in the car and very happy with it. I am sure it will help with changing gears at high rpms but I would also look for a built transmission as well especially if you are gonna do lot of high rpm gear changes on daily basis..

A built tranny is something I'll consider also |

The reason you are not getting feedback is because people have to sell the clucthes after they realize they should use another clucth. If you post bad things how are you gonna sell it?
|
do not buy the exedy for high hp, its the only warning I will give, go with a tilton trust me...

Being that Clutchmasters is a partner of mine, I would recommend either there FX400 package or the FX600 which is very similar to the Exedy twin.
I've done countless clutch installs and have seen the majority of people using either Exedy or Clutchmasters. |
