I'm not familiar enough with your car to get you the right parts, so I want to make sure I'm looking at the correct stuff.

1. Fog Light Harness As mentioned above, this is part of the main vehicle wiring harness. It is not a simple swap. I suggest wiring it yourself.

I can't answer that.. :dunno: Perhaps your dealer ordered the CA emmissions package. That's the best answer I can give you.

I did check the VIN I used. It is what you provided.

a little {offtopic} but any idea of the difference? Thats sad knowing i have a CA emission cars.....too bad cause all the cats are out anyway :lol:

Can I get a part number for the front bumper of a rally red evo? Also, do you happen to know if the painted replacement bumper comes with all the mesh grills installed or are those separate pieces? I need the mesh that's in front of the intercooler + the upper and lower metal frame rails that it bolts on to. Lastly, I need the stock lower
lip piece in the same color (or does that come with the bumper as well?).

EDIT:

I just browsed through the parts list and saw the PN's for the mesh grill and the front air dam lip. So I guess my question really is what is the part number for a rally red front bumper and what comes with it (air dam lip? any mesh grills?)? I hit a freaking raccon and need to get this stuff fixed. Thanks!
