Here is a pic of the Gialla bumper before the carbon hood or the addition of the carbon ducts that fit on the bumper......picture was taken a while ago and the car looks completely different now.

Looks really really good! the quality of the carbo fiber hood is really good but the quality of the clear coat sprayed on it doesn't. I would still buy it anyway {thumbup}

I would still buy it anyway {thumbup} Just to clarify, and not to flame..... :) There is no clear coat "sprayed" on a carbon hood that is made with a "pre-preg" carbon cloth with the resin injected into the carbon. This hood was made in an Autoclave and vacuum bagged under enormous pressure and heat to remove all excess air to compress the layers of carbon. If you wanted a "shiny/show" look, you could polish it slightly, but without adding a ton of resin and weight, you are not going to get the same look as the other hoods in the market place. There are several semi-carbon hoods for sale for $500-$1000, but you can not compare the two products. You can stand on this hood without making a dent, it's amazing. For less than 10lbs. it is unbelievable. |

I'm pretty sure that one isn't the one on Ebay. The one on Ebay os the same design but sparcoevo already stated it wasn't production yet.
Same stock design though. |
